Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive new business growth through strategic alliances.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into existing offerings, ensuring seamless delivery for clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership development initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on strategic alliances or new business acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
• Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
