Role & responsibilities

Will be responsible for South Zone

Sales Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement Pan India sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Set and track annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
• Drive revenue growth and achieve overall sales objectives

Profitability Management

• Ensure profitability by managing EBITDA margins
• Align sales strategies with company EBITDA targets
• Control discounting, schemes, and operational costs

Business Expansion & Market & Strategy Insights

• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and expansion areas
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
• Recommend pricing, positioning, and product strategies

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage zonal/regional sales teams
• Monitor performance and build a high-performance culture

Channel Management

• Strengthen dealer and distributor network
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Plan dealer meets, schemes, and incentive programs

Operations & Performance Tracking

• Track sales performance, MIS, and forecasting
• Ensure efficient order management and dispatch coordination

Collections & Financial Discipline

• Ensure timely collections and control receivables

Client Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Handle escalations effectively
