About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable properties within the city that align with business needs, ensuring adherence to established coordinates, guidelines, and budget constraints.
- Assist in property negotiations with landlords and brokers, ensuring the best terms and timely closure of deals in line with business timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and real estate agencies to ensure a consistent and robust pipeline of properties for future expansion.
- Ensure proper documentation of all property agreements, contracts, and transactions.
- Collaborate cross-functional teams (e.g., Projects, Operations, Finance) to ensure a smooth handover and operational readiness of the properties.
- Regularly assess regional real estate market trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks to support
- informed decision-making and implementation of best practices.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and relationships.
- Work alongside and support the regional real estate team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and expansion objectives.
Key Result areas:
- Timely closure of properties to support regional expansion plans.
- Adherence to co-ordinates, range and budgetary guidelines and overall SOP for properties in the region
- Development and maintenance of broker network in the region
- Minimum conflicts and timely resolution of the same with landlords
Pedigree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience in commercial real estate, property acquisition, or facilities management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or similar fast-paced industries.
