ICICI Securities is hiring for Zonal Head - Private Wealth role for Pune location.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth advisors, driving performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities relevant to private wealth clients.

Key Requirements:

• Should have strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS.
• Should have a proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Should have past exposure to manage managing a team
• Should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
