Zonal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Techno Marketing Officers/Executives across the zone.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, dealers, engineers, contractors, and project sites.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve quality complaints and product-related issues within defined timelines.
• Drive HMPC, engineers, contractors, and influencer meetings to promote product usage.
• Support sales teams in converting key projects through technical presentations, demos, and trials.
• Conduct site visits for product application guidance and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with QC, production, and sales teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Plan and execute technical branding activities, demos, and awareness programs.
• Track competitor products, applications, and market practices from a technical perspective.
• Ensure adherence to visit norms, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
