Zoho/Tally Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Create and manage Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices using Zoho Books/Tally Prime.
• Generate E-Way Bills and maintain shipment documentation.
• Prepare and assist in filing GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) with accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer, sales, and inventory data in Zoho Books/Tally Prime.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounts/sales teams.
• Ensure timely processing while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounts or any discipline.
• 0 - 2 years experience in Zoho, accounting, or data entry role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bill process.
• Good typing speed, attention to detail, and Excel knowledge.
• Candidate must be based in Secunderabad/Hyderabad.
