Job Description:

• The Junior Zoho Implementation Engineer will support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Zoho applications for clients, ensuring solutions align with business needs and workflows.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with requirement gathering, setting up modules, customizing fields and workflows, performing data migration, and conducting basic testing to validate functionality. The role also involves providing first-level technical support, documenting implementation steps, and collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
