Job Title – Zoho Developer Exp: (2–3 Years)

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and skilled Zoho Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, and the Zoho Sigma Platform for developing marketplace extensions and business applications. The candidate should be proficient in Deluge scripting, REST APIs, JavaScript, and third-party integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho Application Development: Design, develop, customize, and maintain business solutions across the Zoho suite, specifically focusing on Zoho CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, and the Zoho Sigma Platform.
• Zoho CRM & Desk Customization: Develop and customize modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Zoho Sigma Extension Development: Design and develop marketplace-ready extensions using the Zoho Sigma Platform. Build embedded widgets, custom interfaces, event-based automation, and extension functionalities.
• Integration Development: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and other integration technologies.
• Zoho Creator Development: Build custom business applications using Zoho Creator. Develop forms, reports, workflows, pages, and Deluge scripts to automate business processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics. Create data models, KPIs, and business intelligence reports.
• Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing support for existing Zoho implementations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong development experience in

Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator .

• Working knowledge or experience with

Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics .

• Hands-on experience with the

Zoho Sigma Platform for developing extensions and embedded applications.

• Strong proficiency in

Deluge scripting .

• Experience with

REST APIs, OAuth authentication, webhooks , and third-party integrations.

• Good knowledge of

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON .

• Understanding of

SQL, relational databases , and data modeling concepts.

• Experience developing custom functions, workflows, schedules, and automation.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho CRM Developer and/or Zoho Creator Certification.
• Experience developing Zoho Marketplace extensions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
