Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Creator Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Zoho Creator. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, forms, reports, APIs, integrations, and application automation.

The candidate will work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements, develop scalable solutions, automate business processes, and provide ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Zoho Creator.
  
• Develop and customize Forms, Reports, Pages, Workflows, Schedules, and Applications in Zoho Creator.
  
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for custom functions, validations, automation, and business logic.
  
• Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual activities.
  
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and pages based on business requirements.
  
• Integrate Zoho Creator with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
  
• Develop and consume REST APIs for third-party application integrations.
  
• Work with JSON, API authentication, webhooks, and data exchange mechanisms.
  
• Configure user roles, permissions, profiles, and application-level access controls.
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and scripting issues.
  
• Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Optimize existing applications, workflows, and Deluge scripts for performance and reliability.
  
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, workflows, and custom functions.
  
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other technical teams.
  
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 36 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Creator development.
  
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator architecture and application development.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Deluge scripting.
  
• Experience developing Forms, Reports, Pages, Workflows, Schedules, and Custom Functions.
  
• Experience with Zoho Creator APIs and third-party integrations.
  
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication.
  
• Experience with Zoho CRM integration or other Zoho applications.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  
• Understanding of database concepts and relational data structures.
  
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop solutions independently.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Flow.
  
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or other scripting/programming languages.
  
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
  
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0.
  
• Experience with application migration, deployment, and version management.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Zoho Creator certification is an advantage.
  

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
