We're looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our complete Zoho One ecosystem. If you excel in Zoho CRM, automation workflows, Deluge scripting, and integrations, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-impact systems and support a tech-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.).
• Create and manage workflows, automation, blueprints, and business rules.
• Configure and maintain Zoho connectors, integrations, and API-based tools.
• Manage user roles, profiles, data security, and system permissions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues across modules.
• Train employees on Zoho tools, features, and best practices.
• Support data migration, backups, and system hygiene.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Administration.

Technical Competencies (Must Have)

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Zoho CRM
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Projects
