1.End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding). 2.Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. 3.Coordinate onboarding and employee record management. 4.Plan and organize employee engagement activities and team-building events. 5.Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. 6.Organize learning, training, and development sessions. 7.Address employee queries and assist in grievance resolution. 8.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes. 9.Maintain HR records and ensure documentation compliance. 10. Support other People Culture initiatives as assigned.
