YouTube & Social Media Manager (Spiritual Content)

The Attention Co. is launching a new YouTube-first spiritual project focused on mantra jaap, bhakti, chants, stotras, aartis and long-duration devotional listening.

We need someone who has already managed or grown a YouTube channel in this exact space.

An interest in spirituality is not enough. You should understand how devotional content works on YouTube, including 108-times mantra jaap, extended chants, deity and festival-led programming, playlists, live streams, repeat listening and search behaviour across Hindi and English.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning the channel's content calendar and programming
• Researching mantras, devotional themes, festivals and audience demand
• Managing titles, thumbnails, YouTube SEO, descriptions and playlists
• Publishing videos, Shorts, premieres and live streams
• Tracking CTR, watch time, retention, returning viewers and subscriber growth
• Coordinating with our audio, video and design teams
• Using YouTube data to decide what we should produce next
• Managing copyright, Content ID and publishing hygiene
• Supporting the channel across Instagram and other social platforms

You must have hands-on experience with a mantra, bhakti, devotional music or spiritual YouTube channel. You should be able to share the channels you worked on, explain your exact role and show the results you helped achieve.

This is not a general social media role.

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month

Location: Marol, Mumbai

Type: Full-time, work from office

If you have worked in this category, send me the relevant channel links and a short note on what you managed.
