Role Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve member queries related to Yoga, breathing practices, diet, and general wellness.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and practical guidance to members based on their individual queries.
• Understand member concerns and suggest suitable guidance within the scope of Yoga and general wellness.
• Ensure a positive member experience through clear, empathetic, and helpful communication.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with members across different queries and concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Yoga Expert / Yoga Instructor.
• Good understanding of Yoga, breathing practices, and basic diet/wellness guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand member concerns and provide relevant and suitable guidance.
• Comfortable handling a member-facing role.

Work Requirements

• Work from Office
• 8-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a customer/member-facing role.
• Willingness to interact with members regularly and address their queries patiently and professionally.
