Job Requirement

• Atleast 6 months of sales experience in banking, NBFC, Insurance and financial institution.
• Prior experience in Corporate salary account and TPP product sales will be preferred
• Passionate towards interacting with customers and building relationship for new acquisitions
• Ideal candidate will be good with sales pitch and creating/understanding need of the customer for sales and cross sell
• Open to travel within the city and vicinity of the branch

Job responsibilities:

• Acquisition of Quality Corporate salary Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB salary Accounts (In Nos.)
• Acquisition of Quality Higher Corporate salary variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher Corporate salary variants
• Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
• Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
• Comply with Banks policies and processes
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
