Job Description

• 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR Configuration.
• Extensive experience in SAP Payroll Configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processing, schemas, and wage types.
• Experience in HR and Payroll configuration remediation and issue resolution.
• Ability to implement changes to HR attributes and remediate downstream configuration impacts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting production environments and enhancement requests.
