Minimum

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience.
• Strong experience in Payroll Schema and PCR design/development.
• Experience implementing or enhancing SAP Payroll solutions.
• Experience in payroll remediation, payroll transformation, or payroll projects.
• Strong expertise in payroll troubleshooting and payroll result analysis.
• Experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.

Preferred

• Multi-country payroll implementation experience.
• Experience in payroll rollout, remediation, or transformation projects.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Experience supporting payroll migrations and system upgrades.

Knowledge of ABAP debugging related to payroll processing
