Core Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in SAP Support, Shared Support, Implementation, or Rollout projects.
• Leadership: Proven experience in team leading, resource planning, mentoring, and handling client escalations.
• Flexibility: Capable of managing multiple teams and customer projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

• Core ABAP: Strong foundation in RICEF, OOABAP, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, SAP Notes implementation, User Exits, and BADIs.
• Modern SAP Tech: Extensive experience with CDS Views, RAP, Fiori, OData, Workflows, Proxies, and IDocs.
• Integration & Cloud: Hands-on with SAP BTP, Web Services (SOAMANAGER), REST API integrations, and SAP Middleware (CPI, PI).
• Third-Party Systems: Integration experience with platforms like C4C, OpenText, and LIMS.
• Functional Awareness: Solid understanding of MM, SD, FICO, EWM, PP, and QM modules and their cross-functional integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical assistance to both the internal team and the client.
• Requirement Analysis: Extract exact details from customers, perform gap analysis, and identify process improvements.
• Solution Advisory: Assess impacts on current business processes and provide alternative technical recommendations.
