Job Description-

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (S/4HANA preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• S/4HANA Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in SD Pricing, ATP, Returns Processing, Credit Management, and OTC processes.
• Experience in SAP template implementation and global rollouts.
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Logistics Execution, MTO, and ETO processes.
• Hands-on experience with Object Dependencies, Constraints, Procedures, and Variant Tables.
• Experience with single and multi-level BOMs, incident management, and customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong customer management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x5 support environment.
