Job Summary

Job Title: Xpanse Customer Success Architect
We are looking for a Customer Success Architect to support enterprise customers in implementing and optimizing the Cortex Xpanse Attack Surface Management (ASM) platform. The role involves providing technical guidance, identifying cybersecurity risks, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers improve their security posture.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Cybersecurity, EDR, Threat Intelligence, or Attack Surface Management (ASM).
• Knowledge of Python, XQL, APIs, and Networking.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Flexibility to work according to EMEA time zones.

Preferred Experience: Enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
