Workshop Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily service center operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer complaints, service inquiries, and feedback.
• Supervise service technicians and monitor their work.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle delivery.
• Check service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure the availability of required parts.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper communication with customers regarding service status and costs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler service management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of bikes, scooters, and vehicle servicing.
• Ability to manage a team and solve customer problems.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
