Workshop Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the service center and efficiently manage workshop workflow.
• Supervise, train, and guide a team of mechanics and service technicians.
• Ensure all two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and repairs meet high-quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Manage spare parts inventory, job cards, and daily service records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related escalations professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Technician in the two-wheeler auto industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and diagnostics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
