Workshop Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
  
• Oversee after sales service activities, including warranty claims processing and parts replacement.
  
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, stock levels, and work orders.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years' experience in automobile industry or related field (workshop management).
  
• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
  
• Strong knowledge of automobile servicing, repair, and maintenance techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
