Role & responsibilities

- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment.

- Train a minimum of four machine operators in machine operation and maintenance.

- Explain machine operating procedures and safe working practices.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Guide operators in machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

- Ensure proper machine maintenance and workplace safety.

- Monitor operator performance and support skill development.

Machines Covered

1. Heavy Plano-Milling Machine Complete with electricals.

2. Extra Heavy-Duty Lathe Machine Planer-type CNC lathe with CNC controller.

3. 100-Tonne Hydraulic Press Power can be operated manually or by motor.

4. Universal-Type Radial Drilling Machine V-belt-driven, with auto-feed and auto-lift.

5. Vertical Hydraulic Surface Grinder – Machine operation and maintenance.

6. Cylindrical Grinding Machine – Complete with standard accessories.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in machine shop operations and maintenance.

- Experience training and supervising machine operators.

- Strong practical knowledge of the machines listed above.

- Ability to train and guide a minimum of four operators.

- Good communication and technical problem-solving skills.
