Workshop Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day facility operations of the workshop.

• Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, electrical, plumbing, and other utilities.

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and upkeep of the workshop premises.

• Monitor and maintain fire safety and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Track facility-related assets, inventory, and maintenance activities.

• Identify and resolve facility-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.

• Monitor facility expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Maintain records of maintenance, AMC, vendor services, and compliance

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in facility/workshop administration or automobile operations.

• Experience in vendor and facility management.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and safety systems.

• Good problem-solving and ownership skills.

• Automobile workshop experience will be an added advantage.
