Workshop Facility Manager - Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Manage vendors, negotiate rates, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Housekeeping Management: Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure the workshop maintains proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Invoice Processing: Verify vendor bills, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely invoice submission and processing.
• Local Procurement: Manage day-to-day procurement of workshop supplies, consumables, and other operational requirements.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of workshop facilities, utilities, and infrastructure while resolving operational issues.
• Electrical Maintenance: Coordinate and monitor HT/LT electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of electrical issues.
• Equipment Management: Monitor workshop equipment, ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and timely servicing/repairs
