Workplace Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and workplace support
• Coordinate and execute workplace events, meetings, and activities that foster community engagement and collaboration
• Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, processing deliveries, and maintaining security protocols
• Oversee daily workplace operations such as conference room bookings, catering coordination, and equipment management
• Support onboarding processes for new employees by providing workplace orientations and resource guidance
• Maintain workplace amenities and common areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with space planning logistics including moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace reconfigurations
• Monitor and report on workplace utilization patterns and employee feedback to support continuous improvement
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services
