Workfront Sr Consultant

Lead end-to-end Adobe Workfront implementation and consulting engagements.

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and process assessments with clients.

Configure Workfront custom forms, templates, workflows, request queues, approval processes, dashboards, reports, and access controls.

Design and implement Workfront Fusion scenarios and automation workflows.

Develop integrations between Workfront and systems such as AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM and other enterprise applications.

Work with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and third-party connectors for system integrations.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solution designs.

Troubleshoot complex Workfront configuration, workflow, integration, and performance issues.

Support data migration from legacy project/work management systems.

Lead UAT, deployment, post-production support, and solution optimization.

Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture documents, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Conduct client training and enablement sessions.

Work with pre-sales teams on solutioning, estimations, demonstrations, proposals, and technical discussions.

Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

Ensure Workfront solutions follow governance, security, scalability, and implementation best practices.
