Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workfront Lead / Architect with strong experience in integration architecture, Workfront implementation, AI-driven automation, and enterprise work management solutions. The role involves working with enterprise customers and designing scalable, future-ready work management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms.
Design and implement AI-augmented and agentic workflows.
Architect Content Supply Chain solutions covering content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics.
Support customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Drive data migration from legacy systems and tools.
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical architecture and direction.

Required Skills:

12+ years of software development experience.
8+ years of client-facing integration / implementation consulting experience.
Hands-on experience with Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar work management platforms.
Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar iPaaS tools.
Practical experience with AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.
Experience in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or Digital Marketing Operations.
Strong programming skills in Java / Python / PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualification:

BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc / MBA 5+ Years
BSc / BCA 6+ Years
