Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion. Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications to optimize business processes and ensure seamless data flow.
What Youll Do:
- Design and develop automated workflows in Workfront Fusion
- Integrate Workfront with third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing Fusion workflows
- Implement best practices for workflow automation, error handling, and data security
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators
- Stay up to date with Workfront Fusion updates and recommend improvements
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in Workfront Fusion development and administration
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data transformation
- Experience with Workfront API, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML formats
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools
- Ability to analyze business processes and design automation solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Adobe Workfront certification (Fusion or Core Workfront)
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
