Workfront / Content Supply Chain Lead

Role & responsibilities

Lead architecture and hands on implementation of AEM Cloud and Edge Delivery Services.

Design EDS site structures, reusable blocks, templates, content models and authoring patterns.

Build and optimise frontend solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Design document-based authoring and Universal Editor patterns where applicable.

Integrate EDS with APIs, identity, search, analytics, personalisation and consent services.

Own Core Web Vitals, accessibility, SEO, caching, CDN behaviour and cross-browser quality.

Lead migration assessment, content mapping, component rationalisation and rollout planning.

Establish repository, coding, CI/CD, testing, monitoring and support practices.

Define Workfront workflows and the content lifecycle across planning, creation, approval, activation and reuse.

Shape integrations across Workfront, AEM/EDS, Marketo, GenStudio and the wider Adobe ecosystem.

Troubleshoot implementation issues and mentor engineers through hands on reviews.

Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, legal, operations and technology stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong recent hands-on AEM Edge Delivery Services implementation experience
• AEM Cloud, reusable blocks, templates, content modelling and authoring patterns
• Hands-on frontend engineering using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Core Web Vitals, accessibility, SEO, CDN and performance optimisation
• Technical leadership across architecture, implementation, migration and integration
