Workforce Listening Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer employee engagement and workforce listening surveys from design through reporting.
• Program and configure surveys, ensuring accurate question logic, respondent segmentation and data quality.
• Analyse engagement and workforce data to identify trends, drivers, risks and opportunities across employee populations.
• Develop clear dashboards, reports and presentations for HR leaders, business stakeholders and management teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions on findings and support practical action planning based on employee feedback.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 13 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, workforce listening, survey programs or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, employee engagement and workforce analytics.
• Hands-on experience with survey programming, survey administration and employee listening processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to convert engagement data into actionable insights, reports and improvement plans.

Good to Have:

• Experience applying workforce concepts to employee listening and HR analytics programs.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business, psychology, statistics, analytics or a related discipline.
