Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in the development of workflow automation tools and AI solutions.
- Design and architect scalable systems that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends in AI and workflow automation.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement best practices in software development and AI methodologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Camunda, Apache Airflow, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
