Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking business processes.
• Configure time entry codes, work schedules, leave plans, accruals, and absence rules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve functional issues.
• Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Create reports and dashboards related to time tracking and workforce management.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshooting.
