Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and implement effective time tracking systems using Workday and Kronos/UKG.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in time tracking processes.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and metrics.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the new time tracking system.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to time tracking.
- Strong understanding of time tracking principles and practices.
- Experience working with Workday and Kronos/UKG is highly desirable.
