Location: Bengaluru, Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Workday Testing

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday testing.
• Experience in Workday functional testing across:
• Core HCM
• Recruiting
• Learning
• Time Off / Leave of Absence
• Security
• Compensation
• Talent
• Performance
• Reports
• Experience in Workday Integration Testing and Workday test data creation for integration testing with other products such as:
• SailPoint
• ADP GlobalView
• Other integrated systems
• Experience in:
• Workday Business Process Testing
• Workday Extend Apps Testing
• Experience in:
• Requirements analysis
• Test plan creation based on requirements
• Test plan execution
• Defect documentation
• Requirement traceability
• Execution reporting
• Hands-on experience with:
• Jira
• ALM / Quality Center
• Good to have experience with Kainos as a Workday automated testing tool.

Required Competencies:

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach towards problem-solving and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize and execute testing tasks across multiple Workday modules and projects.
• Ability to create QA test case templates, checklists, and standard work items in Jira/ALM for recurring testing activities.
• Participate in daily project stand-up meetings and provide updates on:
• Testing progress
• Work blockers/stoppers
• Defects
• Jira status updates
• Comply with data privacy and data security requirements during testing processes.
