Workday Tester

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  
• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for new features and enhancements in Workday.
  
• Execute manual tests using various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track progress and provide updates on defects found during testing.
  
• Analyze data from UAT sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in QA Testing with expertise in Workday Testing.
  
• Strong understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) concepts and processes.
  
• Proficiency in SQL programming language with ability to write complex queries.
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum framework.
