Workday Technical Developer

Location: Bengaluru and Gurugram

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Workday Extend: Hands-on development of custom applications using Workday Extend.
2. Workday Studio: Practical experience developing and maintaining complex integrations.
3. EIB: Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations.
4. Core Connectors: Hands-on integration development and configuration.
5. Workday Web Services: Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and external system integrations.
6. XML, XSLT, XPath: Data transformation, mapping, and processing.
7. End-to-End Integration Development: Experience across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
8. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to debug application and integration issues independently.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Workday security, Integration System Users (ISU), security groups, and domain permissions.
• Workday Calculated Fields and Advanced Reporting.
• Workday Orchestrate, where applicable.
• OAuth, SAML, SSO, and API authentication.
• Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Experience supporting integrations in production environments.

Candidate Profile

• Strong technical and development-oriented background in Workday.
• Proven project experience in both Workday Extend and integration development.
• Ability to explain technical architecture, development responsibilities, and real project challenges.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
