Your Role
We are looking for Workday Technical Certified professionals with strong handson experience across Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. You will design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support in global Workday environments.
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver endtoend solutions
Your Profile
- Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 5+ years of handson Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects
- Experience delivering 2+ endtoend Workday technical architecture solutions
- Strong expertise in endtoend Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape
- Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders
- Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design
- Clientfacing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture
- Handson experience with middleware and integration technologies
- Proven experience defining and building interfaces using:
- Core Connectors
- EIB
- PICOF / PECI
- Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound)
- Payroll Interfaces
- Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields
- Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred
- Good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes
