Workday solution Architect

Key Responsibilities • Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture across multiple modules • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards • Lead large-scale Workday implementations and transformation programs • Act as trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and leadership teams • Drive solution design, architecture governance, and design authority reviews • Define integration architecture (APIs, middleware, PECI, Core Connectors, Studio) • Oversee data architecture, Prism Analytics strategy, and reporting frameworks • Establish best practices, standards, and governance models • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and innovation within Workday ecosystem • Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and technical deliverables • Mentor senior consultants and leads (L3) across functions • Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness across solutions
Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Workday / enterprise HCM / ERP solutions • Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Talent, Analytics) • Strong experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale implementations • Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs • Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and data frameworks • Experience in client advisory and executive-level engagement • Bachelors/Master’s degree (Engineering / IT / Business or equivalent)
