• Workday Integrations & Data Migration
• Release Management & Architecture Governance
• End-to-End Workday Implementations
• Stakeholder Management & Solution Design

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Workday/Enterprise HCM experience
• Minimum 2 full Workday implementation lifecycles
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security, reporting, and integrations
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
• Workday certifications preferred

Location: Pune
