Workday Performance & Compensation Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Performance and Compensation modules.
• Design and support annual performance review cycles, goal management, talent reviews, and calibration processes.
• Configure compensation plans, compensation grades, merit increases, bonus plans, one-time payments, and eligibility rules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure and support Business Process Framework (BPF) related to Performance and Compensation.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
• Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Support Workday releases and assess impacts on existing configurations.

Required Skills

• Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Performance.
• Experience in global rollout projects.
• Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, EIB, and Integrations.
