Workday Payroll Functional -- Virtual Drive--14-Aug-26 --Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing activities, including data entry, calculations, and reporting.
  
• Configure and maintain payroll settings, policies, and procedures in Workday.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of period-end payroll activities such as year-end closeout.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and provide support during implementation cycles.
  
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery phases of HCM projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Workday Payroll Functional role with expertise in Implementation Cycle management.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university; relevant certifications like CCP or equivalent are an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of Payroll configuration, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting & reporting within Workday platform.
