Manage learning and development programs including course creation, curriculum management, and training administration.

- Support employee skill development, compliance training, and certification tracking within Workday Learning.

- Ensure compliance with training regulations and track required training completion rates.

- Generate learning analytics for course effectiveness, engagement, and skill gap analysis.

- Integrate Learning module with HCM for assigning training based on job roles and with talent for development plans.

- Provide support to learners, managers, and administrators on Workday Learning functionality.

- Configure learning content, assessments, surveys, and credentials within Workday.

- Stay current with Workday Learning releases and implement new features as per L&D strategy.
