Workday Learning Consultant

Required Qualifications

• hands-on configuration experience with the Workday Learning module, including course/program setup, learning campaigns, learning security groups, and content provider integrations.
• Experience configuring learning catalogs, curricula, and competency/skills mapping tied to job profiles.
• Proficiency building and maintaining Workday Learning business processes (enrollment approvals, completions, assignments, notifications).
• Understanding of integration points between Workday Learning and other HCM modules (e.g., Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Supervisory Organizations) for skills-based talent processes.
