Workday Integration/Reporting Consultant

As a Workday Integration/Reporting Senior Associate you will support people operations and human resource processes by helping manage employee lifecycle activities, HR transactions, reporting, and system-based problem solving within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, and deepen your technical skills while guiding junior team members, handling ambiguity, and contributing to workstreams that support client service delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on Workday integration and reporting activities, interpret data to inform insights, and help validate that HR systems and processes run smoothly for employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

- Developing Workday integration and reporting deliverables that support people operations and HR transaction processing
- Analyzing client requirements and translating them into functional Workday reporting, analytics, and integration solutions
- Building and configuring Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics components for assigned workstreams
- Creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and data views that support workforce and process insights
- Interpreting complex data sets to identify issues, recommend fixes, and support informed decision-making
- Coordinating with client stakeholders to gather requirements, review deliverables, and track progress across engagements
- Reviewing assigned work from junior team members and providing guidance on technical approach and deliverable structure
- Applying problem-solving skills to resolve integration defects, reporting gaps, and process inefficiencies
- Documenting technical specifications, testing results, and implementation steps to support deployment and handoff activities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one Workday certification in integrations, Studio, Extend, or Security
- Demonstrating Workday Integration, Studio, or reporting implementation experience
- Applying Workday Reporting and Analytics to client delivery workstreams
- Translating business needs into integration and reporting designs
- Interpreting data to inform recommendations and delivery decisions
- Guiding junior team members through complex technical tasks
