Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations, particularly Benefits/Benefit Connectors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workday HCM and Benefits data and integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop and support Workday Benefits Connectors and integrations with external benefit providers.
• Work with Workday HCM, Benefits, and related business processes to understand integration requirements.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
• Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Perform integration testing, data validation, and error resolution.
• Support benefit enrollment and eligibility-related integrations with third-party vendors.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
• Participate in deployment and production support activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Benefits Integrations / Benefits Connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
• Experience with Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers/carriers.
• Understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with integration testing and production support.
