About this role
- Workday Implementer Security Administrator
- 5 years of relevant Workday security administration experience
- Configure and maintain Workday security groups domains and business process security policies
- Design and implement role based security models aligned with business requirements
- Manage user provisioning deprovisioning and role assignments
- Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues and access requests
- Perform periodic security audits and access reviews
- Partner with HR Payroll Finance IT Compliance and Internal Audit teams
- Translate business requirements into secure Workday solutions
- Provide guidance on Workday security best practices
- Strong understanding of system release management
- Able to define own the overall Security Strategy define the governance to maintain security across the Workday platform over time
- Expert in setting up new tenant and doing security updates in bulk
Mandatory :
- Required Certifications
- Workday Pro Security Certification or equivalent certification necessary to have
- Implementers role access in Workday
- Workday HCM Certification preferred for security administrators supporting Core HCM
- Completion of Workday Security Fundamentals training
