• 2-3 years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and Recruiting.
• Knowledge of Business Process Configuration and Security.
• Experience in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Exposure to EIB, data loads, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Supervisory Organizations and Staffing Models.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, job changes, and employee data management.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
