The role This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as ‘the best HR Technology team in the industry’. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead.
What you'll be responsible for Talent & Performance System Ownership: Act as the functional and technical owner of Workday Talent & Performance modules, including Goal Management and Performance Review, Talent Reviews (9-box, succession inputs, feedback & Check-ins).
Configure and maintain Review templates and rating scales, Goal frameworks (cascading, alignment, visibility), Talent pools, grid definitions, and profile data.
Ensure alignment with global Talent and Performance strategy .
Configure and optimise advanced features: Continuous performance (check-ins, feedback flows).
Calibration logic and constraints.
Talent review dashboards (e.g., 9-box grids, potential vs performance.
Partner with Talent/COE teams to translate frameworks (e.g., leadership models, rating philosophy) into scalable Workday solutions.
Improve user experience and adoption (simplification, automation, UX improvements).
Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between technical support teams and global HR process owners.
Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Collaborate with HR COEs, IT, and external vendors to deliver robust and future-ready HR technology.
Project & Change Management Lead HR technology initiatives including module rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements.
Support change management and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
Performance Cycle Execution (Critical Requirement).
Lead the end-to-end execution of performance management cycles in Workday, including Goal plan launches (annual / quarterly), Mid-year and year-end performance reviews, Talent review and calibration sessions.
Own key Workday components such as Performance Review Templates, Business Process Framework (BPs) for performance and talent workflows and Calibration configuration and facilitator experiences.
Act as the primary SME during live cycles , supporting HRBPs, managers, and employees.
Execute Cycle setup and configuration, testing (including end-to-end scenarios) and Data validation and troubleshooting.
Monitor cycle progress and proactively resolve issues.
Integration , Reporting & Audit Ensure accurate integration of Talent data with Compensation and Learning Systems.
Build and maintain reporting on performance and talent data (e.g. performance completion rates, rating distributions, talent pipeline and succession insights)
We're looking for someone who Has a minimum of 5+ years in HR with at least 5 years in a workday deployment role. 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles.
Proven experience with system integrations, data governance, and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in setting up and executing end-to-end performance management cycles in Workday, designing performance workflows and business processes and configuring calibration sessions and talent reviews.
Deep expertise in Workday Talent and Performance with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong track record of supporting global, multi-country performance cycles, acting as primary system owner during live performance cycles and Understanding of modern performance practices (continuous performance, reduced ratings, calibration governance, etc.).
Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership of results.
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
