Role:

This role is based in the GCC (Bangalore) and operates on a hybrid schedule, supporting headcount management and critical business escalations.

This role requires an AMER shift schedule.

You will establish a single Dedicated Governance Lead owning E2E Supervisory Org Management, Workday Recruit Position Governance, and White-Glove PBP advisory, supporting TechOps Managers and maintaining foundational hierarchy integrity.

Your Impact

• Manage the Supervisory Organization lifecycle, including org creation, maintenance, and complex manager movements.
• Enforce strict naming conventions and preserve historical data by defaulting to inherited org reuse.
• Partner with PBPs on manager terminations to determine whether to roll orgs inherited under TBD leaders or disburse direct reports.
• Audit initial requisition triggers to guarantee correct Sup Org binding from Day 1.
• Manage backfill positioning to prevent empty orgs and maintain system security across sensitive employee data.
• Execute weekly Supervisory Org Alignment Audits and bi-weekly All Inherited Supervisory Orgs Audits via Workday reporting.
